Husband-and-wife owners Laura and Mike March have poured their professional talents—including Mike’s expertise as an electrician and Laura’s experience in the wholesale nursery industry—into every detail, from the hand-laid stone waterfall and outdoor shower to the professionally manicured landscapes that stretch across the surrounding 45 acres. Whether you are here to tour local vineyards or simply to escape the noise, you’ll feel the dedication and care that makes this property a true sanctuary.

The three-story interior offers a seamless flow between the fully stocked chef’s kitchen and the cozy wood-burning fireplace, while the backyard serves as a private resort for all ages. We had a wonderful stay! The place was perfect for our family holiday get together! Everyone wants to go back next year. We enjoyed the outside fire pit and the opportunity to fish in the pond. The hosts were wonderful and very responsive.

The house was exactly what we needed for our weekend. The kitchen was fully stocked and the owners were so kind. The beds were some of the most comfortable of any VRBO I’ve stayed in. We can’t want to come back in the fall or winter so we can take advantage of the property as well as visit more wineries and downtown Elkin.

Wonderful house with 4 bedrooms. Perfectly located for many Yadkin Valley Vineyards especially Raffaldini, Piccione, Castello Barone and Soltrio. Smooth check in and check out process. We loved cooking in the kitchen and sitting in the jacuzzi after touring vineyards. Looking forward to our next trip.

What a great place for our family trip and reunion with nearby relatives. The space was great and the outdoor areas are a lot of fun. The fishing pond and beanbag/horseshoe pits kept the teenagers busy and the fire pit at night time was a blast. Wineries are just down the road less than a mile. Owners close by and responsive. Definitely will stay again next visit.

Host was so attentive and helpful with checkin and during our stay ! House and outdoor areas were beautiful. Stocked pond and pastures were so nice to view from all areas of the home. Kitchen amenities are amazing and hot tub was so nice on chilly nights. Great fun for families!
